At Virtually Staged we not only remove any existing furniture from the room, we use images of actual furniture and can work with traditional staging professionals to deliver a total staging package. We even offer a decorating service for buyers that want to make our vision a reality!

Real Furniture

You want your images to look real  – 3D renderings aren't enough.  Our virtually staged photographs use real, high quality furniture – no 3D tricks. This enables us to deliver the total solution to our clients. If you want to bring your images to life, you can!

Are there empty holes where appliances should go or have old, outdated appliances in your photos? We can add refrigerators, ovens, stoves, microwaves, dishwashers and washers and dryers, sinks, wine coolers and more. We recommend disclosing whether or not the the property will be sold with appliances in the listing discription.

We can virtually stage the same room from different points of view. This creates a cohesive, lifelike feel that highlights different features and layouts. 

Landscaping

Curb appeal is key to maximizing the value of any home. We improve the appearance with  grass, tress, shrubs or flowers or we can remove or add fencing and clean up any general untidiness. It's important to not deviate far from the current landscaping and we stress the importance of disclosing  what type of landscaping will be sold with the property.
